TOPS

TOPS is an outreach service for adults over 65 with mental health issues. Serving the Cumnock and Kilmarnock areas, TOPS is all about promoting and maintaining good mental health and wellbeing. They provide a range of activities designed to boost confidence and self-worth. They also encourage opportunities to develop natural and supportive friendships, which are so often vital to mental wellbeing.
