Menself+ Indoor Carpet Bowling

MENSELF + have been operating in the field of men and family’s health and wellbeing since our inception in 2015. All of our activities focus on improving the quality of people’s lives by challenging isolation, loneliness, cost of living related issues as well as the associated physical and mental health concerns.

Menself+ run free Indoor Carpet Bowling sessions for men and women every Tuesday at Whiterose Community Hall from 12pm to 2:30pm. Age group: 20+.
