IAM portal is a handy self-assessment tool that helps you identify and get the support you need in different areas of your life that might be affected by cancer – from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.  It helps put you in control of your care, so that your care team can work with you to develop a personalised plan that supports your needs as an individual.

The IAM online portal also includes a resources section full of information and advice relating to each area of the IAM wheel. Here you can find answers to common questions about cancer, a local and national directory of services that may be able to help you, and a glossary of words and terms relating to cancer and cancer treatment.
