DidI adult autism well being service

DidI (Bryden Lodge) Inverness supports adults diagnosed with autism/spectrum disorder. Open Monday–Friday, 10–4, it offers a calm, autism‑friendly space where members can drop in or book 1‑1 appointments in person, via Teams, or by phone. Leisure, physical health, and information sessions are available and updated on the members’ page. Members may bring their own resources where safe to do so. All support is tailored to individual needs.

Activities include Walk & Talk, Cuppa & Chat meet‑ups, motivational hobbies (gardening, art, photography), educational sessions with guest speakers, and relaxed drop‑ins.

The area offers river walks and easy access to local amenities. Small group and online activities are optional. Staff have NHS backgrounds with lived, personal, or professional experience of autism and comorbid conditions.
