Befriending

We offer a range of befriending options for:

Children and Young People - 7 to 15 Years

Adults - 16+

Adults - 60+ Years who are affected by Dementia

Volunteers and the individual they are matched with can do loads of activities around Shetland, experiencing something new, going somewhere they have never been or learning something new. Meet someone new, socialise and feel more positive. Reduce feelings of loneliness and social isolation. Take part in purposeful activities whilst getting involved in the community.
