We Are With You Healing Journey

Healing Journey primarily consists of psychoeducation regarding trauma and its impact. The aim is to help participants understand what trauma is, how the symptoms may manifested, how it relates to substance use and addiction, as well as how to heal, self soothe and create safety.

Recovery Hub runs from 10:30am-12:30pm

Ranges from 16 years and over.
