Designed to make it easy for people anywhere in Highland to get information, we can connect with you by phone, video or webchat. We can also provide advice for people who are worried about a loved one’s alcohol or drug use.

Our expert recovery workers are can provide one to one support by phone, videocall and webchat. Whether you’re looking for advice or ongoing support, we’re here to help.

Our virtual support groups ‘meet’ online and by text message, offering a safe, confidential space where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and find practical ways to manage your alcohol or drug use. 

Service is available to people age 16 and over in Highland who want support with their own alcohol or drug use or who are worried about a loved one’s alcohol or drug use.
