Fife Harm Reduction Service offer a range of free and confidential advice, information and testing to help people minimise drug-related harm. Our service is not just for people who inject heroin or cocaine. We can also support those who use, or are about to start using, steroids or other performance or image enhancing drugs, and any other psychoactive drugs, chemicals, plants or medicines.

We can support you if you are aged 16 and over and living in Fife.
