FREENS (Fostering inclusive Relationships, Education, Empowerment, Networking and Support)

We encourage friendship and cultural understanding in the Inverurie area. We organise various activities such as a Language Cafe, Active Ladies Sessions, Family Activities, Trips, Social Events. Everyone is welcome to attend any of these activities, many of which are free or pay what you can. We are also part of the Inverurie Community Sports Hub which aims to enhance the positive effect of sport and physical activity on health and mental well-being. Some of our activities are regular (e.g. Language Cafe and Zumba Class), others are ad hoc.
