Confidential mental health support for LGBTQ+ people in Scotland, to help you care for your wellbeing.

One-to-one support, counselling and group activities delivered by a team who understands LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.

1-to-1 support sessions

A space to talk about anything affecting your wellbeing. Sessions can help with:

anxiety, stress or low mood
identity/coming out
loneliness/isolation
relationships/family issues
discrimination/prejudice
anything you’d like support with

Cost: free

Where: email, phone, online or in-person in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Counselling

If you want a more structured therapeutic space, you can access counselling with trained LGBTQ+ affirming counsellors.

Cost: donation

Where: online or in-person in Edinburgh and Glasgow

Group activities

Community‑based activities that support wellbeing through connection. Activities include:

creative sessions
wellbeing workshops
low‑pressure social groups

Cost: free
