Chair Based Exercise and Inclusive Zumba Classes

Free chair based zumba classes, free kids zumba, free inclusive zumba (can be done seated, standing or with chair as support). 

Thanks to funding from the NHS Health Improvement Fund, we have several free classes for our members aimed at improving people's health and wellbeing in a multitude of ways.
