We host weekly peer support groups for people bereaved by suicide. Our groups provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where people can share, listen, or simply sit together.

They are rooted in lived experience and led with care, compassion, and understanding.

You do not need to have the right words; just come as you are.
