Carers’ Walking Group

The group is a way for carers to look after their own health by joining other carers in a healthy walk. The walks usually last 2 – 3 hours and are suitable for all fitness levels. Transport to further afield locations is available.

Before joining the group, we ask carers to complete a medical questionnaire.
