Out of Hours Crisis Support
We provide direct and or telephone support in times of mental health crisis outwith normal working hours.
Reduce the likelihood of hospital admission by providing immediate practical and emotional support to people in their own homes.
Co-ordinate our support with other agencies involved.
Support family and carers to maintain their roles during a crisis period.
Encourage the development of self help and self management skills.
Signpost and provide support to engage with other relevant agencies when required
Service is available to people aged 16-65 living in the rural Clydesdale, Larkhall and Stonehouse area who are experiencing a period of crisis related to their mental health.
You can be referred into the service by your Psychiatrist, CPN, Social Worker, OT, Hospital Staff or GP.
A referral to the service can be made in writing using the organisations referral form, or a referral can be taken over the telephone.
