Cloverfield Grove - Specialist Housing Care

The aim of VSA’s Housing Support/Care at Home service is to ensure people receive adaptive person-centred support that maintains independent living in their own flat within our housing support complex. Assisted living is designed for people who need help with daily living activities but do not require the intense care that a nursing home would provide and where care at home is no longer sufficient.

Based in the north of the city, Cloverfield Grove offers 40 flats, including four double flats. We have strong links with the local community. Tenants and their guests are encouraged to utilise our large enclosed garden. Our team of support workers are on hand 24/7 to support you or your loved one's health and wellbeing.
