FLexercise Swinging Seniors

The FLexercise class in Forres is held every Tuesday at 13.45 at Forres House Community Centre.

Our unique classes are part exercise, part dance but all fun. In short, we offer a complete approach to fitness and mobility for all ages and abilities that will leave you looking good and feeling great.

Anyone can enjoy a FLexercise class. Working on the key areas, the system provides all the building blocks to help you look good, improve your fitness and feel great.
