Community Stroke Groups

Community Stroke Groups are independently run by volunteers and stroke survivors and supported by CHSS for insurance and guidance.

They offer ongoing support for those living with stroke illness, their family and friends in local communities. They provide a source of information, signposting, confidence and reassurance and are an invaluable part of learning to live with stroke illness.
