Three Sixty (formally Ayr Action for Mental Health)
Three Sixty is a mental health charity formed in 1987 delivering support services to individuals aged 16 and over, who are affected by mental ill health. We are committed to the mental well-being of individuals and communities.
We work across South Ayrshire offering a range of activities developed in line with our members’ interests and aspirations in their own communities. We believe that people affected by mental ill health should have opportunities to exercise choice and create positive change in their lives.
Our goal is to assist people improve and sustain positive mental wellbeing through connection and activity.

We accept self-referrals and referrals from other services and organisations. This can be done by contacting our service by phone or email: referrals@thethreesixty.org.uk
While there is no charge for our services we welcome small discretionary donations if members’ wish to contribute to refreshments.
