Bereavement Support Group - Moray

Our support groups are suitable for people who feel able to share their thoughts and feelings about their loss with others. Who will be there? The group is led by two facilitators who are experienced in bereavement support. The groups are limited to no more than 10 people, and all will have experienced a bereavement of someone close to them. The same people will attend your group, and no new members will be able to join once the second meeting has started. How often does the group meet? The groups will meet each week for 8 weeks in total, and it is important that you try to attend each week. The weekly Support Group will begin on Thursday 20 August and will run each Thursday evening from 6-8 pm.The dates of this group are:

The meeting venue details will be shared with you after your assessment appointment. The group meetings will be held in Elgin.
