Self Harm Service, Fife

The Fife Self Harm Project was opened in 2005 to provide a non-judgmental, friendly, and user-led support service to people who self-harm. We also explore the needs of family, carers and professionals in contact with people who self harm.

The Project supports people aged 18+ with a range of services including drop ins, coffee mornings and one to one session, as well as working throughout Fife to raise awareness of self harm issues.
