Universal Credit Support

Glasgow Life works with a range of partners to offer free and confidential advice and support within libraries and community centres. Support is available on a wide range of issues like benefit claims including Universal Credit, as well as searching for work and legal or consumer advice.

Face-to-face Universal Credit support is currently available by appointment in selected libraries. This service is appointment based and can be booked by speaking to library staff or calling the freephone number. Telephone interpreters are available if required.
