Upgrade

Upgrade has one mission: to help people elevate their lives by providing spaces for deeper talk. Running regular non-directive talking groups in central Edinburgh + online, Upgrade strives to adhere to the COSCA code of ethics, to create a safe, confidential experience for all participants.
