Yoga classes
Yoga classes in a small studio environment (6-8 people max) with good spacing between mats. Predominantly Hatha yoga, there are classes for beginners and those with limited mobility as well for those with a bit of yoga experience. Yoga is great for relaxation, breathing, meditation, stretching and strengthening, and generally your mental and physical health overall.
