Community Connectors

Community Connectors is a free, confidential service for people over 60 in Glasgow or those caring for someone who is.

We aim to connect older people and their carers to information, local services and activities to support them to live as well as they can for as long as they can. We focus on helping older people and their carers recognise and build on their own strengths, to increase their wellbeing and to live the life they want to live.

Community Connectors offer:

One to One, Person Centred Support - We will get to know you and what matters to you. We can work together to create a plan and can liaise with other service providers on your behalf to ensure you get the support you need to live the life you want.
Signposting & Information - We can provide information on local activities, services and groups and can work to increase your social networks or help you access support to improve your health and wellbeing.
