Caring Matters is a local Carers support group - carers and cared for welcome.

Mondays 10 am - 12 pm

Free to join

Join us for our weekly support group, where we enjoy a light breakfast and group support. Carers and cared-for come together and share stories, meet new people and socialise. Join us and chat away, or come to listen and learn.

We also have an easy exercise session as well as other ongoing activities such as:

Money Matter talks
Voice of Experience
NL Gym support
Talking pictures
Group self-massage (for pain relief)
Group Reiki
