GO2 Day and Community Service

GO2 is a bespoke service designed to support young people with disabilities in accessing a wide range of community activities, while also promoting independence through the development of essential life skills. Services include:

Transition Age Service (Ages 16–30) - Provides 1:1 or 2:1 support for young adults transitioning from school to adulthood
1:1 Support for School Age Children - Afterschool and weekend support for children, tailored to their individual needs
Afterschool Group (Ages 7–18) - Structured group sessions designed to promote social development, confidence, and fun in a supportive environment
Holiday Club - Children and young people can book daily 1:1 support sessions during Easter, Summer or October holidays

When you join GO2, you’ll be matched with a dedicated key worker who will work closely with you and your family to develop your personalised plan.
