Stop Smoking Service (Quit Your Way) NHS Forth Valley

Aids stopping smoking by providing behaviour change support and medication (NRT - Nicotine Replacement Therapy or Varenicline) over 12 weeks to treat tobacco dependency, for free.

Support is available from our friendly expert advisors by asking your health professional/carer/support worker, or someone you trust, to make a referral for you or,

We welcome all referrals. The stop smoking service will also provide behaviour change support to stop vaping (not available from community pharmacies).

Support can be provided face to face, via Near Me video or by telephone, whatever suits you best.

You may also visit any Community Pharmacy for support and medication (NRT/Varenicline) to quit smoking.
