Mentoring & Befriending / Evening Activities

Our charity aims to promote the physical & mental welfare and safety of adults (age 16+) with Learning Disabilities to meet their needs and develop their capabilities to integrate into the community with confidence.

We provide social activities for Adults (age 16+) with a Learning Disability:

Monday 6:30pm to 8:30pm TARDIS Youth Group (age 16-25 only)
Tuesday 7:00pm to 9:00pm Pool
Wednesday 7:00pm to 9:00pm Disco / Arts & Crafts / IT Support
Thursday 7:30pm to 9:00pm Drama Group
Friday 8:00pm to 9:00pm Swimming (meet at Prestwick Baths)
