Menself+ Sewing, Knitting and Socialising (Women's Group)

MENSELF + have been operating in the field of men and family’s health and wellbeing since our inception in 2015. All of our activities focus on improving the quality of people’s lives by challenging isolation, loneliness, cost of living related issues as well as the associated physical and mental health concerns.

Menself+ run a free Sewing, Knitting and Socialising Group for Women aged 16+, every Monday at Helenvale Community Hall, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
