Social Security Scotland is an executive agency of the Scottish Government. We help the people of Scotland by delivering a range of social security payments.One of the benefits we deliver is the Pension Age Disability Payment which helps people who have reached State Pension age and have care needs because of a disability or long term ill-health condition. Pension Age Disability Payment is not means-tested. Your income and savings are not taken into account. They will not affect any award you might get.
