National Autistic Society Moray, Nairn & Strathspey Branch

Our groups and activities are a place for autistic, and other ND, people to feel welcomed, understood and have a sense of belonging. We provide a range of drop-in groups and activities designed to promote relaxation, socialisation and learning in an environment where everyone is accepted without judgement.

• Our family drop-in group meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 1-3pm at St Leonard’s Church hall, Forres. Children & teens, of all ages, are welcome but must remain accompanied by a parent / guardian.

We have two drop-in groups for adults:

• Auchernack, Forres High Street, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 2-4pm and

• Costa Coffee (Drive-Thru), Elgin on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 6.30-8.30pm.

All sessions are free to attend and, with the exception of the Costa Coffee group, refreshments are provided.

• We provide a monthly arts group, occasional outings and events e.g. guest speakers.
