Above Adventure

Above Adventure is an inclusive indoor climbing and wellbeing centre in Kilmarnock offering climbing, bouldering, gym access, and a sensory room for all ages and abilities. We support physical and mental health through safe, accessible, and engaging activities. Visitors can enjoy beginner to advanced climbing walls, a fully equipped gym, and a calming sensory room for those with sensory needs. We offer community sessions, family activities, and referral-based programmes for people facing barriers such as poor mental health, disability, or financial hardship. Trained staff provide a welcoming, supportive environment with equipment available to hire. Open seven days a week with varied session times—booking is recommended. No experience needed, just comfortable clothing and a willingness to participate. Above Adventure is wheelchair accessible and works in partnership with local organisations to support wellbeing, confidence, and inclusion through movement and connection.
