What we do: Support people with PMLD and their family carers to lead healthy, valued and included lives by providing emotional and practical support to individuals, and supporting local and community services to develop accessible and inclusive opportunities for families in the area. We aim to provide support in strengths-based ways which are responsive and adaptive to every person we support.
