Jack's Lads

Jack’s Lads is a men only support group. All men aged 18 and over are welcome to attend. The support is mainly tailored to the issues of:

depression

anxiety

mental health issues

We also welcome those who may be directly affected from the above issues via family/friends etc.

Jack’s Lads takes place at Jack’s Hub in Stonehouse every Sunday during 6 - 8pm.
