Chair Yoga
This class offers participants options to progress through a range of adapted yoga stretches and poses on the chair.
The session also includes optional standing and floor exercises and is suitable for individuals with limited flexibility.
The class concludes with relaxation. Monday Tuesday and Friday in Studio 2
