Natural Connections with Nature Unlimited
Would you like to:
meet new people
improve your wellbeing and mental health
feel more connected
be actively supporting your recovery
learn new skills and have fun
contribute to a thriving community
If this interests you please get in touch. Our sessions run from 10am to 2pm in a woodland near Earlston, they are free of charge and include lunch. We meet weekly, and run sessions in blocks of 10 to 12 weeks. We regularly run taster sessions, so please get in touch to book onto one of these if you are interested in joining.
This project is funded by Borders Community Actions, the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund and the Scottish Government.
