ILA Drop In Cafe

The Independent Living Association Forth Valley have a drop in cafe at 12.30 till 2pm. on the first Thursday of every month. The café is open to those who have an assessed disability, carers or anyone interested in disabled issues. You don’t have to be disabled to attend. It’s a great opportunity to exchange ideas and have a chat with like minded folk. On your own or with a friend , you can be sure of a warm welcome. Staff and Board members are usually available for advice with any queries you may have regarding Self Directed Support.

A light lunch will be available for a small charge of £2. We hope to see you there. You don’t know till you try, right?
