Wellbeing Wednesdays

Station House Media Unit (shmu) are a community anchor organisation, supporting residents in the seven regeneration areas of Aberdeen in radio and video production, traditional and on-line publications, music production and digital inclusion. The organisation also supports other disadvantaged communities, both geographic and communities of interest.

Come along to our Wellbeing Hub every Wednesday 2pm - 4pm at shmu to meet others, play a game, take part in wellbeing activities or just have a brew and a blether! All free.
