Benefits Advice

Our Welfare Rights Adviser is available to assist you with a wide range of enquiries regarding your benefits. She can assist tenants in ongoing appeals and assessment of personal benefits and is available to the Association’s tenants on a Tuesday and Thursday.

If you need help with your benefits and you cannot attend the office for a meeting, our welfare rights officer can come to your home to carry out a review of your benefit entitlement. The service can also support those making the transition over to Universal Credit.
