ADRC Mid-Week Rambling Group

The Club's Mid-Week Rambling group enjoys shorter walks taken at a more leisurely pace than the weekend walks.

Also ideal for members who would normally walk at the weekend, but would enjoy an extra walk during the week or have been unwell and are building up their fitness levels.

The group meets at 10.00am on Thursdays at the seafront car park near Ayr India restaurant.
