Inclusive Dance Class

Inclusive classes at Dance Base are specifically designed for disabled people to explore the joy of movement in a supportive environment, together with their friends, families, and carers.

Do you enjoy moving and grooving to the funkiest of tunes? Would you like to have a really good time getting creative with other dancers? Then this is the class for you! Make Friday the funkiest day of the week by joining us for a fun and social inclusive dance session. Come as you are, and we'll explore a range of dance styles together.

Suitable for dancers (aged 16+) of all experiences and mobility needs. Support workers are encouraged to join in too. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Don't forget to bring your water bottle!
