Swimming Pool

The pools host fun sessions, swimming lesson programmes, water fitness, aquatic education courses, pool parties, public, family, and adult-only swim sessions, sub aqua, and more! (see the website for full timetable.)

We also run the following Learn to Swim Programmes at our centres in line with Scottish Swimming's framework. Early Years Learn to Swim (4 months–4 years), Learn to Swim (4 years+), Adult Learn to Swim, Rookie Lifeguard (8-12 years, more below), and 1-1 and 1-2 lessons. Lessons are payable via direct debit to help spread the cost throughout the year. 

Our Learn To Swim Membership also means you’ll receive FREE unlimited access to our public swims, fun swims, adult swims, and lane swim sessions.
