Quit Your Way - Fife Stop Smoking Service
Stopping smoking is the single most important change you can make to improve your health. The Quit Your Way, Stop Smoking Service want to support Fifers to make that choice to reduce their risk of tobacco related diseases and help to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
NHS Fife Quit Your Way Service is available for appointments in various locations and venues if you live or work in Fife.
Contact us on 0800 025 3000 and we will arrange for one of our specialist advisors to contact you. They will have an initial discussion with you to discuss what options are available to help you prepare and plan your quit.
With support from the stop smoking team, you are 3x more likely to stop and stay stopped.
You may just want to talk to someone by phone and arrange for some information to be sent to you.
You can also contact us via email on: fife.smokingcessation@nhs.scot, or click on the to be contacted button above and a member of our team will contact you.
Please visit the stop smoking web page on NHS Fife webpage for more information.
