Team Jak Foundation

Team Jak provide emotional, social and practical support for children and young people with cancer aged 0-25, their families, friends and those bereaved throughout Scotland.

We provide a variety of support services including, Counselling, Music Therapy, Play Therapy, support groups

We have Drop in Sessions at Jak's Den Livingston and Aberdeen and pop-up activities in Fife and Glasgow.

We run family fun sessions.
