Tai Chi and Qigong
Tai chi (Taijiquan) and Qigong (Chi Kung) are forms of meditation in motion, a type of low-impact, weight-bearing, and aerobic exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health.
Classes focus upon slow, gentle movements, deep breathing, balance and meditation.
