Specialist Dementia Carer Support Link Worker works with families and carers of people living with dementia to live as well as possible with dementia, prepare for the future and maintain their own wellbeing.

We provide:

Help with understanding dementia, offering support and guidance to manage its symptoms
Facilitate information & peer support groups with other carers and families
Provide emotional and psychological support
Assist with planning for the future
