Sheltered Housing Drakemire

The Association has a Sheltered Housing complex in Drakemire Avenue in Castlemilk which consists of 29 flats. There is a resident Warden Service and all flats are linked to an emergency Careline system which enables emergency help to be summoned if a tenant requires assistance.

The Warden Service is intended only to support and encourage the independence of tenants and does not provide the extra care which would be provided in Very Sheltered Housing or a Residential Care Home.

Should you wish to apply for a flat in our Sheltered Housing please complete the Housing Application Form, ticking the box for Drakemire. Alternatively you can obtain a form by calling in person or telephoning the Association.
