South Lanarkshire Alcohol Outreach Service

Intensive case management and community engagement. Pre and post alcohol detox, Supporting people who want to continue to drink alcohol and not engage with treatment. Supporting people post and pre community and/or hospital detox.

The service will operate 7 days per week and provide out of hours support and provision.
This will consist of 4 x alcohol lead practitioners; one based at each locality within South Lanarkshire.
