What we do:
Family-based short breaks for children with significant disabilities (accessed by referral from social services)
Support for families affected by disability; providing help to parents, children and young people at home or in their local communities (accessed by referral from social services, or self-referral through personalised budgets or SDS)
Fathers project for dads and male carers of disabled children supported by the service.
