Waiting Well NHS Grampian-Healthpoint

The NHS Grampian Healthpoint team provide a Waiting Well service, which is tailored to offer patient centred support to patients waiting for procedures. The team help prepare patients for treatment and support them to help improve health outcomes before and after surgery. This includes checking on their wellbeing and providing support to address some of the factors that may be impacting on their health such as the cost of living crisis and fuel poverty.
